* Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email ([email protected]) for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.
* I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.
I am allowed to post any commissioned artwork to my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include said artwork in my portfolio.
* Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical media and merchandise as I see fit.
* Listed prices are the base price.
Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
* I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
* Please wait patiently for your commission to finish. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn’t been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colours, and final check phases.
* Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @phizzyfrog
* Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistake in the process.

Payment
* Payment is via PayPal invoice card payment only. An invoice will be sent by me. For sketch commissions, the full balance must be paid in full before I begin sketching. For line art and onwards, a deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.
* If for any reasons you need to cancel your commissions after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can offer a partial refund, of which I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum.
* In the rare event that I feel I cannot complete the commission at all, I can offer a partial refund depending on how much I have completed (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
* Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour against me during the process will result in me cancelling the commission, full stop. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

Process
* Upon payment for a sketch commission, I will proceed to complete a sketch, before emailing you a full res .png file of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No revisions will be offered for sketch commissions, sent files are the final product. No physical product will be delivered.
* Upon payment for a commission for line art or onwards, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat colour if necessary) for your review to approve or make any revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
* Once I am finished, I will send one (1) final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
* Once the finalised artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
